The experience

Step into the North Pole with Passport to Santa, an interactive holiday adventure where every child becomes a traveler on a festive quest. Along the way, they’ll sign the Naughty or Nice List with Mrs. Claus, build toys in Santa’s Workshop, train with Rudolph, race in the Gingerbread Tower Challenge, test their strength in Nutcracker Kingdom, dunk the Grinch, and write wishes with the Christmas Angel. Each completed activity earns a stamp in their passport, which can be redeemed during a personal visit with Santa himself for exclusive access to his Christmas Carnival — complete with obstacle courses, bounce houses, festive arts & crafts, and an array of holiday carnival games. Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This is an indoor experience.
Will there be strobe lights? There may be limited use of lighting effects in certain areas.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase? Yes, light snacks and hot chocolate will be available for purchase within the experience
What is the minimum age requirement? This experience is open to all ages!
Can I bring a stroller? Yes but please note that space may be limited in certain areas of the experience
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? We encourage all guests to arrive as close to their entry time as possible.

Where can I get tickets? On the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
What are the official sellers for this experience? Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket options and prices? General Seating - $35 - includes cabaret-style seating on a first come, first served basis. VIP - Reserved Seating - $55 - includes reserved seating at a table with a preferred view of the stage
What is your refund/exchange policy? All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
